Mellenade Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Options

  • Carriers: We utilize reputable carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx to ensure secure and timely delivery of your orders. The choice of carrier is determined based on factors such as package size, weight, shipping speed, cost, and destination. We reserve the right to select the most efficient carrier for each order to provide the best possible delivery experience.
  • Shipping Calculator: To estimate shipping costs, please use the shipping calculator available at checkout. Rates provided do not include customs clearance, brokerage charges, duties, or taxes for Canadian orders. Customers are responsible for any additional import fees.

2. Delivery Estimates

  • Estimation Tool: For delivery estimates, use our shipping calculator at checkout. While the calculator provides estimates, exact costs and delivery times will be confirmed during the checkout process. You will not be charged until these details are finalized.
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase.

3. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.
  • We do not offer international shipping beyond these locations at this time.

5. Priority Processing

  • Service Description: Our Priority Processing service ensures your order is prioritized during the picking process in our warehouse. This service does not affect the transit time of UPS or USPS but guarantees that your order is 100% fully insured.
  • Conditions: Priority Processing is subject to the timing of order processing by our team and may vary during sales and high-volume periods.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Notification: Once your order ships, a tracking number will automatically be emailed to you.

7. Shipping to Canada

  • Availability: We ship to Canada but do not cover customs clearance, brokerage charges, duties, or taxes. Customers are responsible for all additional import fees.
  • Minimum Order Value: There is no minimum order value for Canadian shipments.

8. Same Day Shipping

  • Eligibility: Orders placed before 3 PM Eastern Time on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) are eligible for same-day shipping.
  • Exclusions: Large orders may require additional processing time, and only in-stock items are eligible. Pre-sell items will not ship before the manufacturer’s release date.

9. Pre-Orders

  • Release Dates: Manufacturer release dates are subject to change without notice. We do not provide notifications for such changes.
  • Multiple Pre-Orders: If you pre-order multiple items with different release dates, your items will not ship until the last item has been released.
  • Payment Authorization: Your payment method will be authorized at the time of order placement and finalized before shipment.

10. Return Policy

  • All Sales Final: Due to fluctuating market conditions, all sales are final.
